<p>As soon as your order is dispatched, we send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link included. This email comes from <strong>info@spatzwear.com</strong> &#x2014; if you cannot find it, check your spam or junk folder.</p>
<p>Your tracking link will take you directly to the courier&apos;s website where you can see the live status of your parcel.</p>

<h2 id="step-2--identify-your-courier">Step 2 &#x2014; Identify your courier</h2>
<p>SpatzWear ships with the following couriers depending on your location:</p>
<ul>
  <li><strong>DPD</strong> &#x2014; most UK domestic orders. Track at <a href="https://track.dpdlocal.co.uk" target="_blank">track.dpdlocal.co.uk</a></li>
  <li><strong>Royal Mail</strong> &#x2014; some UK orders. Track at <a href="https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item" target="_blank">royalmail.com/track-your-item</a></li>
  <li><strong>FedEx</strong> &#x2014; international orders. Track at <a href="https://www.fedex.com/en-gb/tracking.html" target="_blank">fedex.com/tracking</a></li>
</ul>

<h2 id="step-3--understand-your-delivery-timeframe">Step 3 &#x2014; Understand your delivery timeframe</h2>
<p>Once dispatched, typical delivery times are:</p>
<ul>
  <li><strong>UK domestic</strong> &#x2014; 1 to 3 business days</li>
  <li><strong>Europe</strong> &#x2014; 5 to 7 business days</li>
  <li><strong>USA</strong> &#x2014; 3 to 5 business days</li>
  <li><strong>Rest of world</strong> &#x2014; 7 to 14 business days</li>
</ul>
<p>These are estimated timeframes and can vary during busy periods or due to customs clearance for international orders.</p>

<h2 id="my-order-says-delivered-but-i-have-not-received-it">My order says delivered but I have not received it</h2>
<p>Before getting in touch, please check:</p>
<ul>
  <li>With neighbours or building staff &#x2014; couriers often leave parcels with a neighbour</li>
  <li>Any safe place on your property such as a porch, side gate, or outbuilding</li>
  <li>Your building&apos;s mailroom or parcel locker if applicable</li>
  <li>That the delivery address on your order confirmation is correct</li>
</ul>
<p>If you have checked all of the above and still cannot locate your parcel, please <a href="mailto:info@spatzwear.com">contact us</a> with your order number and we will raise an investigation with the courier straight away.</p>

<h2 id="my-order-has-not-moved-or-seems-stuck-in-transit">My order has not moved or seems stuck in transit</h2>
<p>Tracking occasionally stops updating while a parcel is in transit &#x2014; this does not always mean there is a problem. However if your order has been showing the same status for more than:</p>
<ul>
  <li><strong>5 days</strong> after dispatch for UK domestic orders</li>
  <li><strong>14 days</strong> after dispatch for international orders</li>
</ul>

<h2 id="my-order-is-being-held-at-customs">My order is being held at customs</h2>
<p>For international orders, customs clearance is handled by the destination country&apos;s border agency and is outside our control. Here is what you can do:</p>
<ul>
  <li>Monitor communications from your local customs agency &#x2014; they may contact you to pay import duties or provide identification</li>
  <li>If the courier has asked for a PID (personal identification number), provide this directly to the courier to release your shipment</li>
  <li>If your order has been held in customs for more than 14 days with no movement, <a href="mailto:info@spatzwear.com">contact us</a> and we will help investigate</li>
</ul>

<h2 id="i-have-not-received-a-shipping-confirmation-email">I have not received a shipping confirmation email</h2>
<p>If your order is less than 3 business days old it is likely still being processed and packed &#x2014; you will receive your shipping confirmation as soon as it leaves our warehouse.</p>

Where is my pre-order?

Up to date information on import duties and taxes for SpatzWear orders. Includes the new EU €3 per item duty from July 2026, US duty changes from August 2025, and guidance for rest of world customers.

<h2 id="uk-orders">UK orders</h2>
<p>If you are ordering within the UK, VAT is included in the price at checkout for orders under &#xA3;135. No additional import duties apply to UK domestic orders at this time.</p>

<h2 id="eu-orders--important-update-from-1-july-2026">EU orders &#x2014; important update from 1 July 2026</h2>
<p>From 1 July 2026, a new EU customs duty applies to all parcels shipped from non-EU countries (including the UK) valued under &#x20AC;150. This is an EU regulatory change outside of our control.</p>
<ul>
  <li>A flat duty of <strong>&#x20AC;3 per product type</strong> is charged on delivery by the courier on behalf of EU customs authorities</li>
  <li>If your order contains multiple different product types, the duty applies per item type &#x2014; for example, an order containing two different products would attract &#x20AC;6</li>
  <li>This charge is separate from any VAT already collected at checkout</li>
  <li>The duty is levied by your local customs authority and is the responsibility of the customer</li>
</ul>
<p>If your parcel is held at customs or you receive an unexpected duty notice, please deal with this directly with your local customs agency or courier. SpatzWear is unable to intervene in customs clearance on your behalf.</p>
<p>We recommend factoring this charge into your order total when purchasing from the EU.</p>

<h2 id="usa-orders">USA orders</h2>
<p>Since August 2025, the USA has removed its $800 duty-free threshold. All parcels entering the USA are now subject to customs duties regardless of order value, including a 10% global surcharge currently in force.</p>

  <li>Duty charges are calculated and collected by US customs authorities on delivery</li>
  <li>These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are outside of SpatzWear&apos;s control</li>
  <li>We recommend checking the current US import duty rates before placing your order</li>
</ul>

<h2 id="rest-of-world">Rest of world</h2>
<p>Import duties and taxes vary by country. Your order may be subject to import duty, customs fees, or local taxes applied by your country&apos;s customs authority on delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are outside of our control.</p>
<p>We are legally required to declare the full transaction value of all packages. We are unable to mark orders as gifts or undervalue shipments.</p>

<h2 id="pid-numbers-and-customs-clearance">PID numbers and customs clearance</h2>
<p>For certain countries and order values, your courier may request a PID (personal identification number) or other documentation to release your shipment from customs. If this happens, please provide the requested information directly to the courier as quickly as possible to avoid delays.</p>
