<p><strong>We offer a global returns service.</strong> Before returning your parcel, please read the information below.</p>

<h2 id="return-eligibility">Return eligibility</h2>

  <li>Returns must be initiated within <strong>60 days</strong> of placing your order</li>
  <li>Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached</li>
  <li>We are unable to accept items that have been used or worn</li>
  <li>If your order is over 60 days old, please <a href="mailto:info@spatzwear.com">email us</a> and we may still be able to help</li>

<h2 id="how-to-start-your-return">How to start your return</h2>
<p>All returns and exchanges are handled through our returns portal:</p>

<p>You&apos;ll need your order number (beginning with SP) and the email address used when placing your order. Follow the on-screen instructions to select your item, choose your reason, and select your preferred outcome &#x2014; refund, exchange, or store credit.</p>

<h2 id="how-long-does-a-refund-take">How long does a refund take?</h2>
<p>Once we receive your return:</p>
<ul>
  <li>We&apos;ll process your refund within 1 to 3 working days of receipt</li>
  <li>You&apos;ll receive an email confirmation once issued</li>
  <li>Allow a further 3 to 5 working days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider</li>

<h2 id="my-item-arrived-faulty-or-damaged">My item arrived faulty or damaged</h2>
<p>Please don&apos;t use the standard returns portal for faulty or defective items. <a href="mailto:info@spatzwear.com">Contact us directly</a> with your order number and photos of the issue and we&apos;ll sort it out for you.</p>
